Product Overview
The Kyland KPS310XA and KPS320XA Serial Servers are industrial-grade devices built on a Linux architecture and powered by an ARM9 processor. Designed to link serial devices to Ethernet networks, these servers enable remote access and control of serial equipment by transmitting data over the network. They support multiple communication modes, including TCP client, TCP server, and UDP, along with transparent transmission and Modbus RTU protocols.
These models offer dual serial communication options—RS-232 and RS-485. The RS-485 interface features a switchable 120 Ω termination resistor to minimize signal reflection, enhancing communication stability and reliability across the RS-485 network.
